This is an action on a promissory note, tried without a jury. The petition alleged that the two defendants and one Martin L. Aaron made and delivered to plaintiff their note in the principal amount of $2,610.73, payable in 48 monthly installments. A copy of the note was attached to and made a part of the petition.
