This is a suit for death benefits under two alleged credit life insurance policies. Plaintiffs, the widow and heirs of the deceased debtor, Francis M. Brasher, seek to recover the proceeds of the policies allegedly issued by the defendant, Life Insurance Company of Louisiana.
