The defendant Henry James Brown was charged with the commission of the offense of robbery armed, MCLA 750.529; MSA 28.797. Upon trial by the court without a jury, the defendant was convicted and sentenced to a term of 13 years 4 months to 20 years in prison. The defendant appeals as of right.
