Green brought this action against Rocket Research Corporation to recover judgment for money said to be due for use of his patented invention, and to have certain contracts between the parties rescinded. The court, sitting without a jury, awarded Green judgment of $27,500 and denied other relief. Rocket appeals, and Green cross-appeals.
