Upon his guilty plea, the defendant was convicted of the offense of indecent liberties, MCLA 750.336; MSA 28.568, and was sentenced to a term of 30 months to 10 years imprisonment. His conviction was affirmed by this Court in People v LaPine, 47 Mich.App. 553; 209 N.W.2d 726 (1973).
