The petitioner, John L. Gwin, seeks review by certiorari of a decree rendered by the Circuit Court of Clarke County on January 21, 1975. In that decree petitioner was adjudged to be in contempt for failure to comply with a previous decree wherein he was required to pay periodic alimony in the amount of $60 a week.
