Defendants Blankenship, Hogsed, Ledford, Collins, and Little were all convicted of possessing more than one ounce of marijuana. Hogsed, Ledford and Little were also convicted of the possession of methobarbital.

The state's evidence showed that the police officers executed a search warrant on a house owned by the defendant Little's father. On entry, the five defendants were apprehended, along with three juveniles. At the time of entry defendant...
