This action began when Pierce County filed a complaint, pursuant to the provisions of RCW 36.05, against Thurston County seeking to reestablish the common boundary between the two counties in the Southeast quarter of the Southwest quarter of Section 18, Township 16 North, Range 3 East of W.M.
