The appeal is from a judgment of the Circuit Court of Jefferson County rendered in favor of appellee, Nelson Excavating and Paving Company, Inc., and against appellant, Security Transactions, Inc., in the amount of $970.80 for work and labor done and for an attorney's fee of $150.
