This appeal is from a judgment granting defendant's motion for summary judgment. We affirm.

Plaintiff is engaged in the funeral home business in Cherokee County and alleged that he "has been injured or damaged, directly or indirectly, by an unlawful trust combine or monopoly created and operated by the defendant."
