This is a real estate commission case. Darrell Cooper, a duly licensed real estate broker, filed suit against Edward L. Wildman and wife, Laura Mae Wildman (the Wildmans), to recover a real estate commission (plus attorneys' fees) under a written listing agreement for the sale of real property.
