This action was instituted by Mrs. Leaster P. Dotson as the natural tutrix of her minor son, Isaac Kinchen, Jr., who sustained injuries as a result of a dog-bite incident which occurred at the residence of Mr. and Mrs. J. R. Williams, owners of the dog. Judgment was rendered in the trial court in her favor against the Continental Insurance Company (Continental), the public liability insurer of the Williams, in the amount of $750.00 for personal injuries...
