Plaintiffs appeal from a judgment of nonsuit entered pursuant to Code of Civil Procedure section 581c.

Plaintiffs were injured in an automobile accident involving their car and a vehicle driven by defendant Richard Norman Beaudoin (hereafter Beaudoin).
