Based on numerous exceptions in the record to questions asked and remarks made by the trial judge, the defendant contends the trial court expressed an opinion on the evidence in violation of G.S. § 1-180. Suffice it to say, we have carefully examined each exception upon which these assignments of error are based and find no impropriety whatsoever by the questions asked or remarks made by the trial judge.
