Appellees recovered judgment for $56,000 against appellant for the taking of 3.32 acres of a 4.47 acre tract by eminent domain for construction of a controlled access highway to be known as Searcy Bypass. The property was located on U.S. Highway 67, two miles from Searcy. It had a highway frontage of 660 feet and was the site of a truck stop. All of the improvements, consisting of a restaurant and service station, were located on the part taken...
