Petitioner-appellant Lock pleaded guilty to two counts of rape in 1963. He was sentenced to one year on the State Farm,1 which term was served. In August, 1974, petitioner launched a collateral attack upon these convictions pursuant to Post-Conviction Remedy Rule 2.
