Larry Wallraven resided as a tenant in the Falcon Motel, owned by the plaintiff Falco, Inc., for a period of 10 weeks and incurred expenses in the amount of $101.86. Wallraven left the motel without paying his bill. About 1 week later, the manager of the motel learned of the whereabouts of Wallraven. The manager contacted the police, told the police that he wanted to collect the money...
