Plaintiffs, Ralph W. Johnson and Hazel F. Johnson, partners trading as Johnson Wholesale Merchant Company, are citizens of Virginia who brought this action against defendant, McKee Baking Company, a Tennessee corporation, on October 3, 1974, for $250,000 compensatory damages and $1,000,000 punitive damages.
