Keith William Reese pled guilty to a one-count indictment charging him and another individual1 with burglary (Ill. Rev. Stat. 1973, ch. 38, § 19-1). After the trial judge accepted the guilty plea and found the defendant guilty, he was sentenced to 1 to 3 years in the Illinois State Penitentiary. Reese appeals and presents the following issues for review...
