The appellant has been convicted of public lewdness in violation of section 245.00 of the Penal Law following a jury trial in the Justice Court of the Town of Queensbury, Warren County. On this appeal, Nisoff challenges the propriety of his conviction on three grounds all of which have to do with the modicum of corroboration required of a 10-year-old complainant in a prosecution for public lewdness...
