Appellant was charged in two separate affidavits with the sale of marijuana in violation of the Uniform Dangerous Drug Act1 and with the sale of cocaine in violation of the Uniform Narcotics Act.2 The two charges were consolidated for trial by jury. Appellant was convicted on both counts and received indeterminate sentences of one (1) to ten (10) years and five (5) to twenty (20) years respectively...
