Appellant, Michael Grant, was tried before a judge sitting without a jury on September 6, 1973, and was found guilty of receiving stolen goods and operating a motor vehicle without the owner's consent. Post-trial motions in arrest of judgment and for a new trial were denied, and appellant was sentenced to concurrent terms of one and a half to three years in prison.
