The taxpayers appeal from an adverse decision of the United States Tax Court reported unofficially at 1974 P-H Tax Ct.Mem. Dec. ¶ 74,036. The case involves income tax deficiencies, additions to the tax and transferee liability for the years 1961 through 1965 asserted against Donald C. Rodebaugh and his wife, Mrs. Ruth C.
