BRODKEY, Justice.

The defendants were jointly tried and convicted of robbery and were sentenced to terms of 9 to 20 years imprisonment in the Nebraska Penal and Correctional Complex. On appeal to this court, the judgments were affirmed. See, State v. Huerta, 191 Neb. 280, 214 N.W.2d 613 (1974); State v. DeLoa, 191 Neb. 290, 214 N.W.2d 621
