This is an appeal by a small closely held Wisconsin corporation, Interstate Tool and Engineering Corporation (taxpayer), Gordon V. Kottke, taxpayer's corporate president, and Carl S. Zetley, a certified public accountant employed by taxpayer, from an order of the district court1 enforcing two Internal Revenue Service summonses and from orders quashing discovery and trial subpoenas.
