BARHAM, Justice.

The defendant was convicted after a bench trial of possession of marijuana, a violation of La.R.S. 40:966(C), and was sentenced to six months imprisonment in the parish jail.1 He relies on three bills of exceptions for a reversal of his conviction and sentence.
