The defendant, after a jury trial, was found guilty of selling a controlled drug in violation of 1969 Public Acts, No. 753, § 18 (b), codified as § 19-480 (b) in the 1969 Supplement to the General Statutes, and General Statutes (Rev. to 1968) § 19-452. He has appealed from the judgment.
