Thomas W. Bowles, appellee, sued the Unsatisfied Claim and Judgment Fund, appellant, now known as the Maryland Automobile Insurance Fund,1 in the Circuit Court for Prince George's County. A jury trial was held, Judge Ralph W. Powers presiding. Directed verdict motions were made by appellant at the close of Bowles's case and at the close of the entire case.
