Upon his plea of guilty, the defendant was convicted of aggravated incest (Ill. Rev. Stat. 1971, ch. 38, par. 11-10) and sentenced to 3 years' probation. After completing almost two-thirds of his probationary period the defendant was charged with similar acts of aggravated incest involving his adopted daughter. After a hearing his probation was revoked...
