In three cases consolidated for appeal, the appellants insist the Chancery Court of Davidson County erred in setting aside sales of real property conducted in the course of proceedings to collect delinquent taxes assessed against properties owned by John McCrary and wife, John Sharber and wife, and Susie Shannon.
