Defendant-appellant Christian challenges the sufficiency of the evidence to sustain his first degree burglary conviction.

The evidence most favorable to the State reveals that upon returning to his apartment on Bethel Avenue in Indianapolis at 11:00 P.M. on February 15, 1974, Steven Bush, accompanied by two friends, observed that the back door was open, the frame was splintered and glass broken....
