Movant was jointly indicted along with three others for burglary and stealing. On his separate trial, he defended on the theory that he had been entrapped, but the jury found him guilty. That conviction was affirmed on appeal. State v. McConnell, 507 S.W.2d 58 (Mo.App.1974).
