This is a subrogation claim by plaintiff, American Security Insurance Company, against defendants, Steve and Shirley Griffith, doing business as Griffith's Air Conditioning,1 and Fedders Corporation, for a fire loss paid to Mrs. Edna Porteau as a result of a fire demolishing her residence. A third party demand was filed on behalf of Griffith against Fedders, contending that Fedders would be liable to Griffith for any sum...
