Plaintiff in the confessed judgment 1973, no. 2865, has filed its petition for a rule to show cause why the Sheriff of Lancaster County should not be directed to accept and execute a writ of execution on real estate owned by defendants. An answer was filed by defendants and depositions of the parties have been taken and filed of record. Argument on the record was heard by the court sitting en banc.
