A contract dispute between a general contractor and subcontractor — exacerbated by a lengthy labor strike — has led to this appeal. Following a non-jury trial consuming 13 days in the Superior Court of Baltimore City (Sklar, J.) — during which almost 1900 pages of testimony were amassed, and countless exhibits were admitted — the trial judge resolved the contest in favor of the general contractor...
