This is an appeal from a judgment in favor of the Small Business Administration (SBA) against guarantors of a mortgage indebtedness. Upon cross motions for summary judgment the district court found that there existed no genuine issue of material fact and that plaintiff was therefore entitled to judgment as a matter of law pursuant to Rule 56 of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure.
