On December 13, 1973, defendant Charles Bryce Averill was convicted by a jury of unarmed robbery. MCLA 750.530; MSA 28.798. He was sentenced on December 27, 1973, to a term of from 3 to 15 years in prison with credit for time already served while awaiting trial. Defendant now appeals as of right.
