Defendant Bill Bailey was convicted of manslaughter (§ 559.070, RSMo 1969, V.A. M.S.) in the stabbing death of Joe Lewis Davis, Jr., and in accordance with the jury verdict was sentenced to five years' imprisonment.

Defendant does not question the sufficiency of the evidence but bases his appeal on two instances of prosecutorial argument. He contends the trial court erred in overruling his objection to improper rebuttal argument...
