DOWD, Presiding Judge.

Defendant was found guilty by a jury of murder in the second degree of an 18 month old baby. The jury assessed defendant's punishment at 100 years imprisonment. Defendant appeals. We affirm.

There is no challenge to the sufficiency of the evidence. Defendant had been living in St. Louis, Missouri with Sharon Darby and her three small children. Defendant was not married to Sharon and was not the father of the children. In the evening...
