CULPEPPER, Judge.

In January, 1975, plaintiff applied to the defendant agency for a retail liquor and beer permit. The application was denied on the grounds that plaintiff had been convicted of a felony, LSA-R.S. 26:79, subd. A(4) and 26:279, subd. A(5). Plaintiff appealed to the district court. After a trial de novo, the district judge affirmed the Board's ruling and dismissed plaintiff's suit. Plaintiff appeals.
