This case involves a suit between two brothers for damages arising from personal injuries sustained while work was being performed in a master-servant relationship and the defense of assumed risk as it relates to such relationship. The jury found that the Appellee-master committed two negligent acts which proximately caused the injuries sustained by the Appellant-servant and awarded damages for such injuries.
