In this action the plaintiff, United Auto Brokers, Inc., seeks a declaration that certain provisions of Connecticut law either do not apply to its business, or, insofar as they do apply, are unconstitutional. It also seeks an order enjoining the defendants, Stanley J. Pac, the Commissioner of Motor Vehicles, and Carl Ajello, the Attorney General of the State of Connecticut, from enforcing those provisions...
