North Peachtree I-285 Properties, Ltd., is a Georgia Limited partnership, hereinafter referred to as "the partnership." The general partners were defendants Rodgers, Curlin and Schwartz. The limited partners were Cooksey, Mermis, Tatum, Musselwhite and Grafton. The general partners were sued individually and as general partners.
