Plaintiff, Big League Broadcasting Company, Inc., and third party plaintiffs, James H. Shedd and Leland Agard, bring this appeal from summary judgment rendered against them and in favor of defendant and third party defendant, Harry Womack, in a dispute arising from the sale of stock in Shedd-Agard Broadcasting, Inc., a radio broadcasting facility. We reverse for reasons stated herein.
