This appeal is taken by the District of Columbia from an order of the Family Division of Superior Court dismissing a delinquency petition charging robbery on the part of appellee, a juvenile, on the ground that further proceedings thereon were barred by the Fifth Amendment prohibition against double jeopardy. The Family Division found that jeopardy had attached in a previous fact-finding hearing on the same matter which had ended in a mistrial...
