Defendant was indicted, tried, convicted and sentenced for the crime of burglary. Defendant appeals. Held:

1. A Jackson v. Denno (378 U.S. 368 (84 S.C. 1774, 12 LE2d 908)) hearing was held with reference to the voluntariness of a statement made by the defendant to the police. The court found that the statement was voluntarily and freely made by the defendant, and then allowed testimony to go to the jury...
