The case was presented to the court on the pleadings and a stipulation entered into by the parties. Appellee, Fuqua Homes, a corporation not qualified to do business in Arkansas, sold a number of mobile homes to a John Anthony, d/b/a A & B Mobile Homes in Ashley, Drew and Union counties.
