ELKINGTON, J.

Plaintiffs, the widow and minor children of Norman Dixon, deceased, commenced a wrongful death action against the latter's employer, Ford Motor Company, and a nurse and "orderly" employed by it. Concluding that plaintiffs' exclusive remedy was under the state's Workmen's Compensation Act, the superior court granted the company's motion for summary judgment and rendered judgment accordingly.
