A jury found the appellant (defendant) guilty of Robbery First Degree, but was unable to agree as to a sentence. The trial court fixed his sentence at ten years imprisonment.

The defendant raises four points upon which he seeks reversal of his conviction. His fourth point is somewhat unique. He asks this court to consider all points raised in his motion for a new trial which he has not raised in his "Points Relied On" nor...
