Commencing in 1957, defendant Fred Harvey, Inc.,1 leased and operated the Kungsholm Restaurant and its famed puppet opera from plaintiffs' predecessor in interest, Kungsholm Restaurant Company, Inc. In 1968 plaintiffs acquired all of Kungsholm's lessor interests. When defendant terminated the lease in 1972 it returned only a portion of the opera puppets and equipment to the plaintiffs...
